I just wanted to let you know how great of a job you do relating function, to biomechanics to intervention. As a new graduate, the information you have provided in the pocket orthopedics and the clinical practice guidelines app has been great in terms of getting up to speed in output orthopedics.
As a new graduate, it is so easy to get caught up in systems, voodoo, and magic. It is refreshing to go through your work, and almost everything ties back to biomechanics, evidence, function and proper movement. You are a clinician who I wish to model myself after.
